Lesson 9 --- The Long E Sound vs. The Short E Sound

         
   
  Objective: Distinguishing between the long E sound and the short E sound
  1. Choose the long E sound and the short E sound.
  2. Learn the patterns and rules for the long E sound and for the short E sound.
  3. Select a word. In this example, when you click on the word feel, the program will automatically select the word fell.
  4. You can press 1, 2, or 3 to play the word feel, fell, or fool respectively. You can press the space bar to play the long E sound or the short E sound depending on which list box is selected.
  5. Use our auto-play feature and other useful features to help you practice the words.
